All orders placed on or after December 9th until December 31st will have an extended return period until January 25th.
Your order will be packaged and shipped from our customer service warehouse Canada. Shipping times and carriers may vary depending on destination.

Currency : All pricing is in US Dollars. Please not all orders will be billed in US Dollars and the rate of exchange will be determined by your issuing credit card or bank.
Delivery : Items are processed by standard delivery with major carriers. You will be provided a tracking number for most shipments which you can use to track the status of the delivery. Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment authorization. Transit time to your destination as well as any delays due to weather and local customs are outside of our control.
Duties and import fees: All packages will ship from our customer service warehouse in Canada. All international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes depending on final destination. Quark Expeditions is not responsible for any import fees payable upon receipt of your order.
Shipping Locations : We partner with various postal services to ensure we can ship to travelers around the world, but restrictions may apply. We are currently unable to ship to Africa, Russia and some Asian and South American countries.
Returns and Exchanges : Items purchased from Quark Expedition Outfitters are able to be fully refunded within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at [email protected] to obtain a return authorization and instructions prior to returning any merchandise to us. Items marked final sale as well as personal items (socks and underwear) are non returnable. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non refundable. Returned items must be in original condition; unwashed, unworn with tags still attached. Product packaging must be in original condition.
Items Purchased Onboard: Items purchased on board a Quark Expeditions vessel are not accepted for returns or exchanges after disembarking the vessel. Items purchased online will not be accepted for returns or exchanges onboard our vessels unless otherwise authorized prior to travel.

Final Sale: Items indicated as "Final Sale" or purchased at a discount of 50% off or more are considered final sale and not accepted for returns or exchanges.
